Shipping

All the information about our shipments.

Since we make all our garments to measure, your order is created exclusively for you. This is the reason why our garments are not available immediately (except those on the RTW section), but that’s also the reason why your garment will fit like a dream and will be even more exclusive.

The production time of our garments varies along the year and it depends on how busy we are, because we are only able to take so many orders.

When will you ship my order?

On each product page you will find its estimated shipping date (right below the product name and price). This way, you know when will your garment leave our studio.

You will find this same information on your order confirmation email, and also on the “My orders” section on your account at Maria Aguyé.

And when will my shipment arrive?

Since we ship all orders with DHL, you can also know the estimated delivery date. That’s, how long will it take for your package to arrive.

Your parcel will have a tracking number and it can be located along the route at all times. As soon as we book your shipment, you will receive an email from DHL with all the tracking information for it.

Shipping insurance

We don’t insure our parcels by default, but shipping insurance is available upon request.
If you’d wish to insure your shipment, please get in touch and we’ll get you a quote.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the parcel weight/volume, and will show up during checkout.

Combined shipping

If you are ordering more than one garment at a time, the system will not calculate the shipping costs accurately.
Any shipping excess will be refunded once your order has been shipped.

Taxes, customs and import duties

All our international clients are responsible for any customs charges they may receive.

The customs and other import taxes and duties are beyond our control, and therefore we cannot predict if a shipment will have to pay them or their amount.

Usually the same company that delivers the package takes care of collecting the customs charges at the time of delivery.

If you have any questions regarding the customs fees in your country, please contact your Customs Office.
